Maintaining Your Investment

Buying a car is one of the biggest investments you will ever make in your life. Therefore, it is in your best interest to maintain your investment.

What do I gain maintaining my car?

  • Reliability
Your Car will be more reliable and therefore less visits to the workshop.
  • Higher Resale Value
Higher value compared to those not as well maintained.
  • Extended Car Life
You can use the car a few extra years.
  • Better Driving Experience
You will have more satisfaction in driving your car.
Ever experience the feeling your car performs better after a good and thorough car wash?

How does one maintain his / her car?

  • Remember that it is a chain reaction because when you are driving a car with a minor problem, it can turn out to be major!! This will result in a larger repair bill. Therefore, ensure timely service is being carried out.
Note : If your mechanic tells you that something needs changing but your sixth sense tells you otherwise, always seek a second opinion from another mechanic.
  • Park at shades whenever possible to avoid faded headlights and paint, cracked dashboard, etc., When parking always ensure the car beside has enough room for the  driver and passengers to get in or out. This can help to avoid the very ugly sight of small dents along the side of your car.
  • Wash your car regularly as cars which are seldom washed tend to have dirt clocked up at small areas and can occasionally have the unwanted infestation of pests.
  • Ensure the interior of your car is cleaned regularly. Interior of cars which are not maintained tend to have mold build up (especially fabric interiors) and this gives the interior a moldy scent. A deterrent to potential buyers if you want to sell your car.
